Our highly-trained technical support staff will provide quick troubleshooting and identify any issues that may be occurring with your system and help to correct them. Whether the issue is with the amplifier, software, the games, or the computer itself - our staff will be able to assist you and provide next steps for resolving the issue. 

The goal of our support is to resolve the issue - you do not pay by the hour or by the appointment when you contact technical support, but rather by the issue. This means if the issue is not able to be resolved in a single appointment, there will be no additional charge for follow-up appointments addressing the same issue. The single-issue technical support fee is $85.00, billed prior to the first appointment. 

Please include the following information when you contact us:

  1. Your Name (and the licensee / supervising clinician's name if you are an employee or client of an EEGer clinician).
  2. The 5-digit dongle or license number for the system experiencing problems.
  3. A description fo the issue you're experiencing, including any screenshots of the issue or error codes being received.
  4. What steps have been attempted so far to troubleshoot the issue.
