Our highly-trained technical support staff will provide quick troubleshooting and identify any issues that may be occurring with your system and help to correct them. Whether the issue is with the amplifier, software, the games, or the computer itself - our staff will be able to assist you and provide next steps for resolving the issue.
The goal of our support is to resolve the issue - you do not pay by the hour or by the appointment when you contact technical support, but rather by the issue. This means if the issue is not able to be resolved in a single appointment, there will be no additional charge for follow-up appointments addressing the same issue. The single-issue technical support fee is $85.00, billed prior to the first appointment.
