However, we are not liable for the occasions when upgrades, failures, technical issues, or human error may lead to website down-time or reduced functionality. When you make a purchase with EEG Store online, the process is currently as follows:
- You may browse our catalog, or you may contact us by phone or email to ask about the products you need. Many products we sell are not listed yet.
- We will give you clear pricing on what you are ordering, including shipping.
- You will give us your payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.
- If any product requires it, and you haven't already done so, you may need to fax (or scan and email) us your health care license or supervision information and signature. We'll communicate with you about this. Our fax number is the same as our telephone number: (888) 521-9803. For EEGer Software there is a license agreement. To join the EEGER affiliate program, there is a form (for your forum login, listing, etc). When buying a full system or component kit, you will sign and return our Purchase Agreement.
- We will process your payment.
- When payment processing is successful, we will package and ship your purchase.
To you set up a subscription or lease/option agreement with EEG Store online, the process currently is as follows:
- Contact us about terms. We will send you an agreement according to the terms we agree on. For some ideas about typical plans, see Ways To Get EEGer.
- To get a licensed system, it is necessary for us to verify either healthcare license or supervision information, as well as authorize the recurring payment.
- We will process your downpayment and/or deposit.
- When payment processing is complete, we will build, package and ship your products.
In entering into a lease agreement with EEG Store, you commit to making monthly payments on time. If you fail to pay your monthly-due amount within the time specified on your agreement (usually it's due the 1st and late on the 5th, see your contract for exact terms), your account is considered overdue. If you are late for more than one month, your account is considered in default. In this case, EEG Store reserves the right to suspend credit, deliveries, session and dongle authorizations and/or technical support until the account is no longer overdue or in default. In such an event, you may be required to pay a late fee and/or make a deposit in order to resume normal service. EEG Store is not liable for any loss of income as a result of actions we take as a result of your late or non-payment.
EEG Store assumes that any information you submit to the Site is accurate and legal. This information may be applied or collected as part of placing an order, checking out, completing your profile, or contacting us by email or phone. Ensuring that your contact, billing, and delivery information is accurate and up-to-date remains your responsibility. Some of the items sold, rented, and otherwise provided by EEG Store require pre-approval because they require the supervision by a qualified health practitioner. Some items may require you to sign a license agreement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide any item, to comply with the law and/or our own standards of neurofeedback training.
You warrant that your use of your chosen payment method is authorized and legal.
Orders (except systems we need to assemble) are usually shipped in 48 hours from when payment clears. For systems, we ask for two weeks. It can take a week to assemble, configure and test your system, and we like to allow a week for shipping. If you are in a hurry to get your order, you may expedite the build/pack process and/or pay for expedited shipping. Ask us for details.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option to wait (we'll give you an estimate of wait time), or be refunded for out-of-stock items.
Except for international shipping, we mostly have been using FedEx to deliver your orders: The shipment will be securely packaged, insured and -- once it has been tendered -- we will let you know the tracking information. When returning an item, you are responsible to pay shipping and insurance. Please make sure that the items are packaged securely; we're not responsible for damage in transit. Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimension of your packaged products, your location, and the speed of delivery. Before submitting your order, you may be shown an estimate of shipping charges. Although we try to get it close to the final charge, finally the estimate is only intended to give you a general idea. If you have concerns about the cost of shipping, please email or call us before placing an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You may be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will do our best to communicate with you about these things, to find out if you would prefer to wait or just cancel part of your order.
Please submit any cancellation via email to CancelOrder@eegstore.com, use the contact form on the Site, or call us at 1-888-521-9803. To verify the cancellation, please provide your contact information, first and last name, order number, email address and payment method. This information must exactly match that provided in the order for us to process the cancellation.
When we hear from you, we will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation of your order, if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has shipped, we will contact you. You may still return it for a full refund, less shipping and the 15% restocking fee, within 30 days, according to our Refund Policy.

Before returning your item(s), please contact us at email@example.com, use the contact form on the Site, or call us at 1-888-521-9803 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number -- within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, as shown in the delivery confirmation email.
We will respond to you as soon as we can. If you are requesting a refund, We will need your last name, first name, order number and payment method/information. All this information must match the info on the order you are requesting a refund for. If it is less than 30 days since your purchase, and you included a valid email address, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Please package your items securely, insure the package, and include this code. You will pay return shipping and insurance. Items eligible for refund are subject to these conditions:
- Items are either sold individually, i.e. not part of a system or package deal, or the entire package/system is being returned;
- Items are in new, resalable condition, and in excellent, working order;
- The request for an RMA is done within thirty (30) calendar days of original delivery; Items are delivered to EEG Store within thirty-seven (37) calendar days of this date;
- The items are returned insured, shipping and insurance paid by buyer.
- Some items do not qualify for refund: paste, electrodes, used equipment.
- Refund, less original shipping charge and 15% restocking fee, will be processed within fourteen (14) days of return of items to EEG Store, if all these conditions are met.

Whenever possible, refunds will be given in the same payment format as the original purchase. So if you paid with your Visa card, that is what will be credited, once we've processed the return. Note that it can take a couple weeks to process the return.
Nearly all our offered products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
