Who We Are

Humble Beginnings. Big Dreams.

  • EEG Store is a family business. We promote neurofeedback and other empowering technologies.

Communication and service are important to us. We care about people, our communities, and the planet. We're located in green, mossy Gainesville, Florida and on the worldwide web! We hope to talk with you soon!

  • We started in 2013 to allow us to distribute and support the renowned EEGer4 software, in partnership with EEG Education & Research, and EEG Software who create the software.

We are a family business and work every day to reconcile whatever paradox exists there. By that we mean we highlight relationships and communication, and look for opportunities to create mutually-beneficial, supportive, and sustainable ways of relating to each other and to you. We recognize that the empowerment and contributions of each individual are part of a healthy world.

Experiences in social justice movements have led us to value both long-term strategy and attention to detail, as well as prioritizing active listening, awareness of power dynamics, and a willingness to be transformed by the process.

We look forward to developing new relationships, and making new friends. Get in touch! :)

  • We believe in supporting and promoting wellness technologies that empower the individual since healthy, self-actualized people are the basis for a flourishing society.

We are committed to the development of sustainable economies, in which all areas of the world may thrive for generations to come. As citizens of a country with an exploitative and invasive history, we act with an awareness of our privilege and responsibility. We work to make our business reflect values of fairness, acceptance, and accountability.

Recognizing that there are inherent contradictions in the work that we do, we strive to be accountable to the communities in which we live and the ones we serve (such as the neurofeedback-practitioner community). We cultivate relationships based on mutual respect, reflective listening and justice. We value the contributions of everyone, including those who came before us, and those whose work is often taken for granted.

We search diligently for ways to implement environmentally- and politically-sustainable business ideas. We experiment enthusiastically! And as we are excited about the possibilities, we are grateful for the opportunities.

In our view, the conventional distinctions between self-interest and altruism, (as between capitalism and charity, between employment and volunteerism) are not only unhelpful, but limit the natural human impulse to create community networks based on accountability, fairness, and cooperation.

We hope our work will reflect an abiding long-term pragmatism, and our belief that relationships founded on respect, honest communication, and justice are both sustainable and rewarding.

  • Our goal is actually very simple. In our day-to-day work, we work to help cultivate global cultures of healing. We are grateful that we have this opportunity to directly support those who are empowering people to better regulate themselves.

We are inspired by the historic moment, in which technology — used appropriately — can offer means to build supportive communities, healthy relationships, and powerful human-centered tools.

The world we live in now is a very dysregulated place, and not safe or welcome for many of us. Although there are no quick fixes, we have seen that passionate, committed people can create the kinds of environments where healing can happen.

We question as arbitrary the distinction between altruism and employment. We aim to create a joyful workplace. We acknowledge the importance of values and boundaries. We acknowledge our fallibility. We know learning includes making mistakes. We do our best to hear constructive feedback.

We hope you will be inspired to work with us, to teach us, to help us create a loving, thriving world for all of us.

What We Do

Healing Technology & Tools

Our work is heavily motivated by the results that clinicians observe with neurofeedback. Knowing that healing is possible in a dysregulated world is powerful.

We have the privilege to speak with clinicians and home-users on a regular basis to hear about their successes with EEGer. These opportunities inspire us to learn more about what our users need and work hard to help provide that.

We want to continue making neurofeedback and other healing technologies accessible, and to see our community grow!

Cultivate a Compassionate Community

When paired with an effective training plan, neurofeedback has the power to transform lives. This wouldn’t be possible without the skilled clinicians and professionals that approach each client as unique, and with unrivaled care and compassion.

When a clinician chooses EEGer, we know that they’ve done their research, and that they are willing to apply themselves to learn neurofeedback to help others.

That’s why we try to model ourselves after our community, and treat each and every inquiry with the same level of attention.

Supporting Clinicians & Clients

Each month, we receive hundreds of inquiries from clinicians and clients. Many of these individuals are interested in beginning their neurofeedback journeys for the first time, looking to expand their existing practices, or needing help with a =question about the software or equipment.

In the heavily-corporate world we live in, it often sounds disingenuous to read that someone feels lucky to be in a position to help so many people. For us, it is genuinely inspiring to know that what we do helps clinicians and clients find success where other modalities have failed, and that in our own small way we’re helping to improve our global ability to heal.

We’re excited for you to join our community!
