EEGer For Clinical Use

Equipment and training to help new clinicians begin their neurofeedback journey.

  • Our clinical pathway begins with getting trained in Neurofeedback. We offer online and in-person training with experienced EEGer clinicians.

    The cost of training will vary depending on which package and course you choose. To see upcoming training and review which packages are available, see this page.

  • You’ll need a Windows computer to use EEGer. Computers within the $600-$800 price range meet or exceed the minimum requirements. We can help pick a computer or ensure yours will work.

    Some of our training courses include equipment when you register. We offer equipment bundles that include the essentials like an EEG amplifier and electrodes.

    If you’re coming from another software, there’s a good chance your existing equipment will work with EEGer. Our support team can help get things configured and answer questions.

    Please note that these estimates do not include access to the software, which is detailed in the next section. Before you get started, our team will provide an itemized quote based on the specific components you need for training.

  • We offer flat software subscriptions at $95.00 a month. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel or reactivate a subscription if needed. We also offer payment plans and single-payment options.

    Regardless of which method you choose, we do not limit the software you use. There are not restrictions on the number of sessions you can run, clients you can add, games you can use, or features you have access to.

  • When you start using EEGer, we include three months of complimentary support. We’ve found that’s when new clinicians have the most questions or may encounter technical challenges that we can help with.

    After that initial period, we offer free support via email/chat or paid support appointments. Membership plans include support with priority scheduling, as well as benefits like discounts on supplies or webinars.

    For ongoing help with the clinical side of neurofeedback, we offer mentorship programs, free discussion groups, and advanced training courses via EEGLearn.com.

Home Use with EEGer

At-Home brain training with EEGer’s trusted effectiveness and reliability.

  • Home-Users work with EEGer clinicians to supervise their use of the software. They teach the basics, creates a training plan, and helps support the Home-User.

    We have EEGer users in many countries. If you’re not able to find a clinician to work with, we can help!

  • EEGer’s Home Use mode is just as powerful as the clinical mode. You’ll need a Windows computer to use EEGer. Computers within the $600-$800 price range meet or exceed the minimum requirements. We can help pick a computer or ensure yours will work.

    Many clinicians who offer Home Use training have equipment that they rent or loan to clients, simplifying the process of getting started. Ask your clinician if this is an option. If not, we offer equipment bundles that include the essentials like an EEG amplifier and electrodes:

    EEGer does not restrict the number of sessions you can run, and multiple members of your household can use the system. Your supervising clinician sets permissions for how the system can be used, what type of training is possible, and when live training can happen.

  • Depending on the training plan, the Supervising Clinician may connect remotely to the system to control the session in real-time. It’s also possible for sessions to be run independently, then the results sent to the clinician for review.

    If technical problems arise, the Supervising Clinician is experienced with using EEGer and can help. If there’s something that can’t be resolved, our support team can connect to assist.
